Referencing Robin Evans’ The Projective Cast, the ink and wash rendering pieces derive from the basic geometric structure within a square. Articulating the rectilinear and oblique grids, the wash lends itself to multiple interpretations of shades and depths. The viewer's mind oscillates between the certainty in understanding the logic and uncertainty in perceiving the space within.
